When entering the short course triathlon take into consideration that the course has changed and there is now a hill. Please be aware that this course has 2 moderate hill climbs and 2 moderate hill descends, so consider this and assess your own capabilities or the person you are entering before entering. The Short course Triathlon consists of a 150 metre swim in a warm, inland seawater lake, an 8km ride on the Inman Valley Rd (CLOSED ROAD) out into the country up & past the Victor Harbor Golf Course and return to the cycle compound then a short 1.5km run within the subdivision.
Plans for all courses can be found at the links below. Before and after your event, please be aware of other race flows and use public access areas only.
