The Victor Harbor Short Course Triathlon is a popular event for competitors who are new to triathlons, and keen to experience the fun of a great sporting event. The short course includes two moderate hill climbs and is designed for those who have an average to good fitness level.
Course Information
When entering the short course triathlon take into consideration that the course has changed and there is now a hill. Please be aware that this course has 2 moderate hill climbs and 2 moderate hill descends, so consider this and assess your own capabilities or the person you are entering before entering. The Short course Triathlon consists of a 150 metre swim in a warm, inland seawater lake, an 8km ride on the Inman Valley Rd (CLOSED ROAD) out into the country up & past the Victor Harbor Golf Course and return to the cycle compound then a short 1.5km run within the subdivision.
