ASICS Victor Harbor Triathlons is the biggest and most successful triathlon event in South Australia. The picturesque course is located around Encounter Lakes, and takes in the stunning Victor Harbor coastline. With five different events to enter, there is a category to suit every age and fitness level.
(1.5km swim – 40km cycle – 10km run)

Since 1993 thousands of competitors have taken part in the Victor Harbor Standard Distance Triathlon. Known for its safe and challenging course, the undulating roads are closed for this Australian Triathlon Series Event, and wind through some of Victor’s most beautiful countryside. The inland, sea-water lake is crystal clear and refreshingly warm, providing a one of a kind triathlon experience.
(150m swim – 8km cycle – 1.5km run)

The Victor Harbor Short Course Triathlon is a popular event for competitors who are new to triathlons, and keen to experience the fun of a great sporting event. The short course includes two moderate hill climbs and is designed for those who have an average to good fitness level.
(50m swim – 2km cycle – 400m run)
Start time: 1.30pm
Due to popular demand, this is a new and fun addition for 2016. The Victor Harbor Mini Triathlon is the shortest triathlon for adults we know of in Australia, and makes the sport accessible to almost everyone. Even if your only training is walking the dog, we look forward to your participation.

We were one of the first in South Australia to introduce a kid’s only triathlon, and this popular event is all about fun and participation. The 50m swim or wade is in one metre deep water, and all distances are designed for kids aged five years and older.

The Victor Harbor Fun Run has been designed with the breathtaking scenery of the Fleurieu Peninsula in mind. The Fun Run takes in one full loop of Encounter Lakes, including an ocean front stretch that overlooks Encounter Bay. Soak up the atmosphere, and be part of the action, crossing the line through the triathlon finishing arch.
